Qualification Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

No felony convictions within the last 5 years

No evictions within the last 5 years

No bankruptcies within the last 5 years

No prior court filings or cases for non-payment of rent

No collections (excluding student loans and medical debt)

Verifiable income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent

For example: if Rent is $950 a month, you must bring home $2,850 or more 

Pet Policy

No cats allowed

Dogs (if permitted) require:

$250 Non-Refundable Cleaning (per pet) Fee

$25 per pet monthly fee (non-refundable)

All applicants must complete a PetScreening profile — even if you do not have a pet.
