To complete the Application Process you will need the following:
- Social Security Number
- Current Address
- Email & Phone Number
- Employment History
- All Occupants 18 yrs or older must apply
Requirements:
- No Felonies in the last 5 years
- No Eviction or Landlord Tenant Cases in the last 5 years
- No collections (medical debt are excluded) in the last 5 years
- No Bankruptcies in the 5 years
- No Previous "Non-Payment of Rent" Court Cases and or Filings
- Income Must be Minimum 4 Times the Rent Amount, for example: if Rent is $90 a month, you must bring home $3,600 or more
- NO CATS - Dogs (if allowed) Require $250 Non-Refundable Pet Fee + $25 Monthly Additional Per Pet Fee
- All Applicants (regardless of owning a Pet) will be required to complete a PetScreening Profile.
