Applying for Rental

The Fee is $50 Per Adult. Results take 24-48 Hours. To complete the Application Process you will need the following:
 

Social Security Number
Current Address
Email & Phone Number
Employment History
Any Occupant 18 yrs or older must apply as well

Requirements:

No Felonies in the last 5 years

No Evictions in the last 5 years                                                                                               

No Bankruptcies in the last 5 years

No Previous "Non-Payment of Rent" Court Cases and or Filings

No Collections (Student & Medical Debt do not count)

Income Must be Minimum 3 Times the Rent Amount

NO CATS - Dogs (if allowed) Require $250 Non-Refundable  Per Pet Fee + $25 Monthly Additional Per Pet Fee

RESTRICTED BREEDS: Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinscher, Husky, Dalmatian, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, Mastiff Breeds, Akita, Wolf/Wolf Hybrid
